Welcome to SmartChakkii. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SmartChakkii website, mobile application, products, and services. By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order through SmartChakkii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with and be bound by these Terms. SmartChakkii provides grain cleaning, grinding, packaging, and related delivery services intended to offer customers convenient access to freshly processed products. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality, all services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to operational limitations, natural product variations, and external factors beyond our control. SmartChakkii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services, pricing, or features at its sole discretion without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment authorization. Given the inherent nature of agricultural products, flours and processed outputs may exhibit natural variations in texture, taste, aroma, and yield, which shall not be considered defects or grounds for disputes. Delivery timelines are estimates, and SmartChakkii shall not be liable for delays arising from traffic, weather, or force majeure events. Refunds or cancellations are governed by our internal policies and are generally only considered prior to the commencement of processing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartChakkii’s liability is strictly limited to the monetary value of the specific order in dispute. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

While we strive for 100% accuracy in weight and processing, minor discrepancies may occur due to moisture loss during grinding or mechanical variations. By using this service, you acknowledge that SmartChakkii acts as a service provider and is not liable for any third-party logistics failures or unforeseen delays beyond our operational control in the Pune region. Digital records, system logs, and delivery confirmations shall constitute valid evidence of service fulfillment.
